You deserve to have a joyful relationship with food and your body.

I grew up as a dancer, which was completely body centric and then as I got older, my body and my GI system started to shift. I went down a path obsessed with getting to the root of my health woes coupled with my history of disordered eating, I rapidly fell into elimination culture. It wasn’t until I stopped chasing protocols and the “all or nothing mentality”, and instead learned what was really going on with my chronic upset stomach (which turned out to be celiac disease + food sensitivities) that I really understood that restriction can lead to the inflammation that is associated with many of the chronic illnesses that we work so hard to manage and prevent - which is exactly what happened to me.

The more I learned about nutrition through obtaining my Health Coaching certification, Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, and Intuitive Eating, the more I started to see the pattern that I was in and even more so, the pattern that so many womxn find themselves in - I knew I wanted to work with womxn going through what I went through. That’s why I developed (with Dana!) the Whole-Hearted Eating™ philosophy (to fill a huge void we saw in both the integrative health and disordered eating.

From healing my own personal journey (autoimmune disease + “it’s complicated” relationship with food & my body), I have come to know that when we remove the obstacles that hold us back from truly feeling aligned with our bodies and joy with food, we come alive. We stop focusing on what we are not, and enjoy our bodies for all that they are.

Now I work with my clients to learn the language of their body (psst, I was a process auditor in my previous career - understanding how things work and how to improve them is my jam) - understand what their body needs nutritionally from a neutral, weight-inclusive perspective to help them build a relationship with their body that is joyful and peaceful. No more wondering what’s “right for your body”, but instead a deep understanding of what you need to thrive in the body you’re in.

Does this sound like you?

You’re struggling with knowing what is right for your body. You’ve heard so much contradictory nutrition information that you feel completely lost in a nutrition jungle. You suspect that you have some disordered eating patterns, have a history of eating disorders (maybe even an active one that you’re working with a therapist on), and at the same time dealing with some real symptoms (GI issues, poor sleep, lacking energy, migraines, hormone issues) that are hard to manage. You want to know how to feel better without it becoming too restrictive that your anxiety is on overdrive - and not sure where to start.

You’ve come to the right place. Learn more about how we can work together here.

 Client Testimonials

She is amazing!!! She is super non-judgmental and my sessions with her were a lot like having a hot cup of tea on a brisk day while soaking up the warmth of a fire with your sister who is also your best friend. If you totally give yourself to her completely and trust in her she will take wonderful care of your needs. ” - Melissa

“I’ve been stuck in a binge/restrict cycle with some negative feelings towards certain foods, and Cristina helped me understand how to make peace with all food. She helped me develop some general guidelines (not rules!) to help me on my journey. For the first time in a very long time, I feel an inner peace with my relationship towards food and my body. I am so excited to continue this work. Thank you so much, Cristina! I would highly, highly recommend a session with Cristina if you think you are hyper-focused on anything to do with food on an unhealthy level.” - Sunni

“She’s about finding what works for her clients and she doesn’t subscribe to diet culture. I learned that a lot of the way that I think and feel, and my habits around food, have been created by diet culture - restrictive, feeling guilty, trying to follow a set meal plan with no room to indulge every now and again. She gave me full permission to create a healthier relationship with food that’s more sustainable and feels good. ” - Katie

“I have never felt this well after eating in the past 17 years as I have since working with her suggestions related to enzymes, nutrition support from real foods and finding satisfaction in eating have literally changed my life and clearly impacted my health positively as indicated by my lab tests.” - Nilda
